What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this site, you choose to share your name, WhatsApp number, and optionally your business name or website and the service you are interested in.
This form does not send data to our servers. It composes a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send in WhatsApp.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the services you have engaged us for.
We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Some interface preferences may be stored locally in your browser and never leave your device.
If we add analytics or advertising measurement in future, this policy will be updated before those tools go live.
Third-party services
Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own privacy terms. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.
For clients, we may operate advertising and analytics accounts such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics on your behalf. Those accounts remain yours and are governed by the respective platform's terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry conversations for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our discussions. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required afterwards for accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us and we will action reasonable requests.
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by telling us so on the same channel you contacted us on.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children.
